This page describes which cookies and browser storage mechanisms MyIntegrationHub uses, for what purpose, and how long data is stored.
MyIntegrationHub uses only technically necessary cookies and storage mechanisms. A cookie consent banner is therefore currently not required.
Session Cookie (HttpOnly)
This cookie is technically required for session management. It is set after login and deleted after logout. It contains a random, opaque token with no personal data embedded. The cookie is not accessible via JavaScript (HttpOnly) and is only transmitted over encrypted connections (Secure).

Local Browser Storage (localStorage)
In addition to the session cookie, the following entries are stored in local browser storage:
- Selected workspace ID: Remembers the last selected workspace view for faster loading on the next visit. Contains no security-relevant data; access is independently validated server-side.
- Language setting (dashboard_locale): Stores the preferred dashboard language (German/English). Not personal data.
Session Storage (sessionStorage)
Temporary data that applies only to the current browser tab and session:
- Invite token: Temporarily stored so that invitation links can still be processed after a redirect to login. Deleted after successful acceptance of the invitation.
- Temporary 2FA step: Contains a short-lived, purpose-bound token for the second step of two-factor authentication. Expires automatically after 5 minutes and is deleted after successful login.
Third Parties
Payment services
No external payment-provider script, frame, or cookie is currently loaded. A future payment service will be documented here before activation.
Public support chat
No third-party live-chat widget is currently loaded on the public or authenticated pages.
No analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies are used (e.g., no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel).
